1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of TripOS (trip-os.org), operated by Alberto Mendez Ceniga (Spain). By creating an account you accept them. Contact: .albertomc.info@gmail.com

2. The service

TripOS helps you organise travel reservations, documents and budgets, and share trips with travel partners. TripOS does not sell tickets, make bookings or process payments, and is not a travel agency.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add. You give us permission only to store and process it to run the service. Only add data of other people (e.g. passengers) if you have their permission.

5. Always double-check

Reservation details are read automatically by AI and may contain errors or missing fields. Always verify times, dates and documents with the airline, hotel or official source before travelling. TripOS does not provide visa, legal or insurance advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, no attempts to access other users' data, no spam or automated scraping.

7. Affiliate links

Some links (such as travel insurance) are affiliate links. They cost you nothing extra; TripOS may earn a commission. Purchases are made with the third party under their own terms.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", currently free of charge. We do our best to keep it available and your data safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed flights, bookings or losses resulting from information shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using TripOS at any time.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also go to the courts of their place of residence.
